1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Wayang88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Wayang88 website located at wayang88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, and related promotional activities.

By creating a Wayang88 account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Malaysia. Where Malaysian-specific legislation, payment regulations, or data protection standards apply, Wayang88 will endeavour to comply with those requirements to the extent practicable within our operational framework.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Wayang88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. This is a strict minimum — not a recommendation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on Wayang88. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using fabricated identity details, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on the Platform or any other gaming self-exclusion scheme under which your participation in online gambling is restricted.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Wayang88 does not make any representation that access to the Platform is legal in all territories.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. Wayang88 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Wayang88's support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

Wayang88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the identity of any Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wayang88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum is RM 30 for most methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment receipt. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Wayang88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and that match the identity details on your Wayang88 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Active wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the bonus portion of your Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and within 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers, subject to volume and verification status.
• Wayang88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks that may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply by account tier and are communicated within the Player account dashboard.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Wayang88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier perks, and crypto deposit incentives. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus cap, and expiry period — are published at the time of each offer and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived exclusively from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated activity is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Wayang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a promotion using multiple accounts constitutes abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• Wayang88's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activities conducted through Wayang88 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing wagers.

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. Wayang88 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has demonstrably affected the odds at the time of placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any bet or game outcome, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference. Wayang88's decision on disputed outcomes is final and binding.
• Wayang88 offers Asian Handicap, Over-Under (Totals), Mix Parlay, and other betting markets across Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and international sporting events. Specific market availability may vary.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by live studio operations and certified RNG systems where applicable. All game providers used by Wayang88 are subject to independent audit requirements.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Large wins may require additional documentation and processing time beyond standard withdrawal timelines.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wayang88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the legal age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players, Wayang88 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Platform's systems, software, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain without reporting them to Wayang88 support immediately.
• Any conduct that Wayang88 reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, to be abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Wayang88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wayang88 or its licensed content providers.

No part of this Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Wayang88. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wayang88, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, software error, or network disruption affecting the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account through no fault of Wayang88.
• Any decision made by Wayang88 in the administration of bonuses, game disputes, or account management actions taken in accordance with these Terms.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of the Platform or its services in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, Wayang88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

Wayang88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Wayang88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Wayang88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• A Player has failed to complete or pass the KYC verification process.
• A Player requests closure of their own account.
• Continued operation of the account would expose Wayang88 or other Players to financial, reputational, or regulatory risk.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the Player at Wayang88's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method following identity verification and settlement of any outstanding wagering requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming law and general commercial law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Wayang88 Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as a waiver of any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

14 Amendments

Wayang88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
